2. How Our App Works

The E Seva Point app is designed to make it easy for anyone to request and manage essential document-related services. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you understand how the app works:

  1. Install the App
    Download and install the E Seva Point app from the Play Store.
  2. Login Using Mobile Number
    Enter your mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent to your phone.
  3. Access the Dashboard
    After login, you will land on the home screen where all available services are listed.
  4. Select a Service
    Choose the service you want, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.
  5. Choose a Sub-Service
    Select the specific action you need like Apply, Correction, Lost, or Order PVC.
  6. Submit Your Request
    Enter your name, mobile number, and a short description of your issue or request, then submit the form.
  7. Request Confirmation
    A success message will appear and your service request will be generated.
  8. Track Your Requests
    Go to the "History" tab from the bottom navigation bar to view all your submitted service requests.
  9. View Service Status
    Click on any request in the list to see the detailed status of that service.
  10. Cancel if Needed
    If you made a mistake, you can cancel your service request from the details page.
  11. We Will Contact You
    Our support team will call you to understand your request better and assist you further.
  12. Status Updates
    After we help you complete the process, the status of your request will be updated accordingly in the app.
