This Privacy Policy applies to the E Seva Point mobile application (the "Application") created by Kakali Biswas (referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). The Application is available for mobile devices and is provided by the Service Provider. This policy outlines how the Application collects, uses, and shares information when you use it.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

E Seva Point is managed by Kakali Biswas under the center name AADHAAE SEVA. We are a certified CSC VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) providing support to citizens for accessing public digital services through digitalseva.csc.gov.in.

We are not a government body. We assist users who may have limited digital knowledge in navigating online government services. With over 5 years of experience working with official portals, we help avoid common mistakes and ensure smooth application processing.

3. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Application, we may collect certain information, including:

No SMS or OTP Permission Required: Unlike previous versions, we now use email-based authentication via Google Sign-In. The Application does not request SMS permission and does not read any SMS messages on your device.

We do not collect or store Aadhaar numbers, passwords, biometric data, or other sensitive personal information.

4. How the Application Works

Here is a simple step-by-step guide to help you understand how the app works:

  1. Install the App — Download E Seva Point from the Google Play Store.
  2. Sign In with Google — Use your Google account to sign in securely via email verification.
  3. Browse Services — View all available government services on the home screen.
  4. Select a Service — Choose the service you need (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.).
  5. Choose an Action — Select what you need: Apply New, Correction, Lost, or Order PVC.
  6. Submit Your Request — Provide your name, mobile number, and a short description, then submit.
  7. Track Your Requests — Visit the "My Requests" tab to view all your submitted requests and their status.
  8. We Contact You — Our support team will call you to understand your request better and assist further.
  9. Status Updates — Once the service is completed, the status is updated in the app.

We use your data only to deliver the services you request:

We retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to delete any user-provided data, please contact us at biswaskakali9876@gmail.com, and we will remove it from our systems within a reasonable time frame.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing biswaskakali9876@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application from your device using the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or app marketplace.

11. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
